Using fixapp.exe, select 0.99 and click continue. Then, browse to "C:\Program Files\SCE\PSM" and click OK. That should fix the DLL problems.

However, SDK 0.99 is not compatible with version 0.98 of the dev app.
Either upgrade to PSM 0.99 on your Vita (warning: old apps will not work) and run this: http://files.celcodioc.host22.com/VitaCOM_b7.zip

Sry but on both links you have me sent and im Downloading it stays the Files are Corrupt or Damaged. I have it normally downloaded with Google Chrome and WinRAR

I have news when i launch VitaCom as Admin it works but when i want Connect my Vita it says it not found the .dll Packages from PS Suite SDK . Do anyone have an idea what i have to make

By PS Suite 0.98 we can install .ppsac Files and what for Files we can install by PS Suite 0.99?
