Iso Loading via USB with CFW PRO B9?

Is there a way to load iso from the computer and play them on a PSP 2000 with Pro B9, or am I going to need a different firmware? I really want to know in case I accidentally leave my games behind when I go off to college again. If I do need a different firmware, is there one I can use that can play games from PC that doesn't require things like Pandora battery? :/

Here's a tutorial I found.

I think it requires (L)ME CFW, you can download 6.60 LME
I hope that helps.

Thanks for answering so quickly, I usually don't get anything for a long time in forums. I will try your suggestion ASAP and get back to you. :)

You're welcome. I think you need (L)ME CFW for it to work. I edited my first post with a link.

Edit:
Here's a link to the full CFW of ME if your PSP can install it. 6.60 ME

Ok, I've got it working now. How do I play newer games? I read on this site that there are games that came out after a certain year that couldn't be played unless you decrypted them or something. So, for games like Black Rock Shooter or Kingdom Hearts BBS Final Mix, would decrypting them make them work with USBLoader?

For playing newer games I wouldn't know. I've never used USB Loader before, so yeah.

Alright, well you've been really helpful so far. :) If it DOES work on newer games like that, I just have to figure out how to get it to store the decrypted game on my computer as it is going through the process. I only have a 2 GB mem stick. For now.

to play newer games you just need to decrypt the EBOOT.BIN inside the ISO image. If you have space on your MS (which I presume you don't have that much space seeing that you only have a 2GB stick) you can use ISO tool by Takka (this method is explained in the tutorial that quikrazor87 posted a link to), but I usually use this method:

Stuff you need:
UMDGen to extract the Eboot.bin file and to reconstruct the image.
Edecrypt to decrypt the file.

Steps:
Spoiler
Install Edecrypt onto your PSP

Start UMDGen and open the iso that you want to patch.

navigate to PSP_GAME/SYSDIR , where you will find a file called Eboot.bin. Right click and extract the file, then place it in your MS at ms0/enc (create the folder) Keep this window open.

Start Edecrypt, the press X or [ ], then when it is done, you will have the decrypted eboot.bin in the /enc folder (or somewhere else, can't remember :? )

Go back to UMDGen, and delete the original Eboot.bin and replace it with the new decrypted one. Then, click on the "save" icon and reconstruct it as an iso or a cso.

this method is good because you don't need that much space on your memorystick. (I have tested this on God Eater Burst and Tactics Ogre)

Hope this helps :)
My PSPs:

PSP 3002 (03g) 6.60 PRO-C (thanks Coldbird & Virtuous flame!)
PSP 2002 (02g) 6.60 ME-1.8 (thanks Neur0n!)

If you want anything translated to/from japanese (to/from english) for your Homebrew, send me a PM and I'll see if I can help :)

Thanks guys, it's working now. Haven't had any problems with it. Now I'm wondering if CWCheats works when you play games via USB. If not, is there a plugin I can get that does?

I looked for a cheat plugin to play through the vsh but couldn't find any. So I guess you can only use the cheat plugins while in game mode, not vsh. :/
