your welcome... personal note: watch the actual android devices, can run cool games (almost psp quality) emulators (including N64 and PS1) or even linux (almost any device can run debian or ubuntu, search for motorola atrix oficial ubuntu like a desktop PC)

If they can manage to get enough system information and access on the Vita even to try, they'll feel even more like a hero.cliobrando wrote:Well, if you want to try to compile android for some device on a normal computer (core i5 - 8GB Ram), be prepared to watch tv, view 3 or more movies, wash the car, call your mom, cut the grass, etc, on a computer with that specs it takes almost 7 hours (or more) to finish.
So if you want to port android to "your preferred device" take that on count, and if you find a bug.. you know.. 6 or 7 hours more.. (a good server could do the job: 2x quad core processors, 64GB RAM, a pair of SSD disks.. and after one hour or less you have android.. well a bunch of PC's and distcc could do the trick too).
Remember guys: compile a linux kernel (that works) for the first time is like a man making fire with his own hands.. after you do it.. you feel like a hero...
