Transferring legit psp games to vita with pc

what if someone brought the game off psn, transfered it to their pc, uploaded the files 'psvimg' etc. and someone transfers them to their vita. that would work, right?

Well what does the ps3 do? even if the games arent on the vita psn, it still lets you play them.

no because you dont have the license to it
(and the other persons license wont work with your account)

also no more talk about piracy

Well what does the ps3 do? even if the games arent on the vita psn, it still lets you play them.

the Vita is the one doing all the encrypting, the PS3 is just holding the files
(IDK to much about how the PS3 works so take that with a grain of salt)

Im not talking about piracy, im talking about the transfer of games I already own via the pc instead of the vita or the ps3.

EDIT: oh I just had a thought

when you download a PSP game on PS3 it saves it as a .pkg file right ?
well then when you transfer the game to a PSP the PS3 just unpacks the .pkg then copy's the game and license

but for the Vita its different, I think the Vita copy's the license and the entire .pkg then extracts it itself

If the vita is doing all the encrypting then couldn't we just have a program trick the vita into thinking its connected to a ps3 and then transfer the games that way?

IDK how easy that would be though.
