I asked EpicRedPanda (creator of the video) what kind of computer he had. He responded with:
"My computers specs: 3rd Gen. i7 Quadcore, Nvidia GT GeForce 650m 2 gigs ram for video card, 8 gigs ddr3 ram, windows 7

Also in the beginning of the video it show his Minecraft on version 1.2.5 :shock:
