AFAIK there is no way to decrypt that.

Your "Location: Japan/china", Chinese should be good?
I have seen someone who decrypted it successfully in a forum.↓
"To decrypt the theme that downloads from the product code the box of memory stick, and then do reproduction 5xx firmware versionon the basis of 6xx firmware version."

Original language↓
"从Amazon上买的主题记忆棒,获得PS Store的下载代码,然后破解后在6xx固件版本的基础上重制了5xx固件版本。"

But, i dont know him...

install the theme normaly, then with pspfiler go to flash1 - vsh - theme - custom-theme.dat
copy it on your memory stick, and finally load it with zerovsh.prx

you can find zerovsh.prx here viewtopic.php?f=28&t=8742
i hope this works

An easier way to do it is just rename the downloaded ptf to custom-theme.dat since they are both the same files (the downloaded one and the and flashed one), unless I'm wrong and the different firmwares flash the theme differently.

Thank you, it's successful. :D
But there is a problem.
When i choose official theme of "Tasty Treat", the custom-theme.dat can display. But i put the PSP into sleep mode, and then wake it up.
There is the problem:
the icons is custom-theme.dat, but background becomes theme of "Tasty Treat".
I have to choose "Tasty Treat", and then the background will be custom-theme.dat.
How to extract background from custom-theme.dat?

Looks like you found a bug in zerovsh patcher

i have no idea but maybe on a computer with ctftool gui installed you can extract the background from custom_theme.dat
