lol, a proxy isn't needed. The author of the method later said himself that it wasn't needed at all.
You just connect to pc with open cma, and then to ps3.
probably OpenCMA tells the vita that her update is latest, and vita stores it in some "cache" (also used to remember the forced update request), also telling so to PS3. But sony could fix it in a new ps3 ofw though

If someone had a backup copy of Super Collapse 3 and used this to make a savedata file for vhbl would this work? I have a pspgo and my buddy has a back up of his Super Collapse 3. Is there anyway to use this to get vhbl running? My vita firmware is 1.67. Sorry if this is a newb question. Just seems like this should work.
