emulator dreamcast for VHBL

Is this possible? to the psp did not have enough RAM, but in Vita 512 MB. or there is a limit for the PSP games? explain whether this is possible. I really want to play oldschool in the Vita, because my dreamcast break:(

VHBL only works on the psp level so there wouldn't be enough ram and processing power available. HBL can barely run an N64 emulator even on vita for comparison.

But it is a valid point. I won't repeat what TTB said but yeah. Dreamcast's are pretty cheap these days and at this point in time it's the only available option if you plan on playing Dreamcast games.

Either use a real Dreamcast to play your games or wait for an emulator that runs on the Vita's level (if any is ever made).

I wish vita would emulate DC , but my computer with quad core and 8 gig of ram has a hard time with the dc emu

at this point if you want a portable dreamcast, you can eather biuld one like this

This doesn't have to do with the regular processing power ur CPU and ram though it helps. It's mostly dedicated on your video card.
