When you open the page for your router (it's usually 192.168.1.1) you should see your PSP along with anything else that's connected (or has connected) to that router so you'll be able to set it to DMZ.

Nope nothing like this but I have an ancient router anyway. I tried UnPn and it didn't work.
But I got it working somehow so not complaining.
