Using Prometheus ISO loader or Open Idea ISO Loader or better aLoader which includes both Prometheus and Open Idea ISO loader or even better using TN-A Xtended which has in-built ISO loader(aLoader)! ;)

TN Extended is probably the best one. It includes the inferno driver from pro so it should have similar compatibility.

Just install it in place of TN HEN, and launch as you would the normal HEN. TN Extended is basically a mod of TN HEN that enables the isos to be launched from the xmb like on cfw.
