I think that as long as its with a console (eg PSP) you can, tonnes of people sell their PSPGo on eBay "with games included" and if you cant sell CFW psp's on eBay then how else are there games on it?

BUT this could be because of eBays ToS that say you cant sell digitally delivered goods and Sony's ToS may be different. It may say that you can sell it for all I know, guess your gonna have to read it to find out...

Please read the TOS/TOUA for your PSN/SEN account. You don't own the rights to the games on the system, you only own the right to play them on the system through that specific account and selling a PSN/SEN account violates the TOS/TOUA. They can ban the account (which would cause anyone using the account to lose the ability to play any games on the account).

If I were you I wouldn't attempt it, it's most likely going to cause you more trouble than any money you receive for it is worth.

The main problem with doing that would be slightly personal: you give access to a stranger to your account name and password, as well as potentially your credit card information (or a way to buying digital content with your credit card), if Sony is storing that somewhat indefinitely somewhere...

I would say there is too much risk associated to do it. I personally wouldn't do it.

What if you wanted to play those games again? Not a good idea IMO, but it's your choice.
