No, IMHO what you're doing is the right way of learning: taking a known exploitable game and trying to reproduce it. You have a PSP 1000, so downgrading should not be any problem since you can use Pandora battery to flash any CFW version.

first off there is no 5.50 m33

ok now if you are planing on studying the gripshift exploit then you would need to go to 5.03 and below I think
(sorry but I cant remember exactly when it was patched but installing 5.00 m33-6 should be good)

When i use PRXDecrypter to Decrypt the EBOOT.BIN from gripshift i cannot found
sceKernelDcacheWritebackInvalidateAll.
Why i have 5.00m33-6 and the gripshift exploit function?

Just fill the save with values, and it'll overwrite $ra with it
plus it works on all psp firmwares
