My expactations from PRO-C:

  • A normal looking recovery menu (Like those ones from M33, GEN)
  • A VSH Menu which lets you to use the arrow keys for every option (e.g. shutdown, reboot) (Like in M33)
    • (Coldbird do you remember when i told you to do this, please just do it)

And of course the adhoc->infrastructur aka. Online Mode ;)

Big list here but I think I covered everything including why you guys stick on rubbish old custom firmwares like the 6.20 patch not being done on 6.60 yet, CXMB and dogey versions of CIPL Flasher where you keep on having to remove and re-flashing CIPL to upgrade to a new revision which gets on our nerves so we stay on the LCFW version of PRO for less hassle.

I think I've got everything you guys want in a nutshell in this list.

1) Full 6.60 plugin support including Leda and lots more.

2) All ISO drivers ever support from old & new CFW for more compatibility.

3) New Popsloader with Ad-Hoc which will work nicely with Pro Online.

4) No more having to do the uninstall of CPIL Flasher to update to a newer version.

5) Online Pro updates from Wi-Fi.

6) Recovery Menu with all features from all CFW RM's ever.

7) 6.60 kernel only. "As if we make this the ultimate and add this stuff there is no need for rubbish old kernels anymore as for not having these listed features is the only reason why they keep those kernels and old decreped CFW like M33 & Gen Pro anyway"

8) 6.20 permanent patch upgraded to the 6.60 for those non CPIL Flasher PSPs only.

9) Built in separate CPIL Flasher version like ME.

10) Advanced CXMB support supporting old and new themes.

11) Ad-Hoc Homebrew & Ad-Hoc emulators support. "NES & SNES emulators have it in their later revisions and PSP Doom I think has it but not sure"

Anything I missed?

I think, adding jet engines to the PSP and making it fly.
TEOL wrote:2) All ISO drivers ever support.
Why? All games appear to work properly, why add support for outdated drivers?
TEOL wrote:3) New Popsloader with Ad-Hoc which will work nicely with Pro Online.
That may be possible, but after Pro Online gets more stable/complete.
TEOL wrote:7) 6.60 only as using anything else is a step back, nobody wants to use rubbish old kernel if they can help it and the incentive of making this the ultimate is to make it 6.60 only so nobody stays on rubbish old firmwares like 6.20 anymore. The only reasons why people stay on old kernels anyway is because the old CFW's have better features so we need to add them into 6.60 and do away with rubbish old kernels for good.
Agreed.
TEOL wrote:8) 6.20 permanent patch upgraded to the 6.60 for those non CPIL Flasher PSPs other than the street due to the street not being out on time for the old edition so the street is likely to brick with the PP upgrade unless they can add support for it after making the 6.20 patch into the 6.60 for non CPIL PSP owners but to be honest support for street with this patch upgrade is unlikely.
No perma patch for 6.20+, see some posts above.
TEOL wrote:10) Advanced CXMB support as people stick on the rubbish less secure non 6.60 kernels because none of their CXMB themes from old firmwares are not working on any 6.60 CFW's.
I thought it was the themes' fault, not the cfw.
TEOL wrote:11) Finally we have Pro Online support for those NES & SNES emulators with Ad-Hoc on them. I think those are the only emulators with Ad-Hoc on them but still we want them compatible I haven't checked Doom properly but if that also has Ad-Hoc you guessed it we want it I guess it's homebrew support rater than just emulators we want.
Pro Online will work with user-mode homebrews, yes, as long as they use the same libraries the games do.

Half and half, advanced CXMB support would allow just like the Leda plugin to use the older CXMB themes in 6.60 so no need to stick on an old kernel revision anymore. Thats what brought the idea up of a Leda like thing but for the CXMB instead of 1.50 homebrew software.

Well popsloader is another example of the same type of thing as well where you can load loads of old pops versions but I used Leda as the example just then.

Anyone posting this on the Pro Forums. It may get noticed more by the actual developers?

I think the link for it is.
