Help in converting videos for psp using Xvid4psp

Can anyone tell me the best settings for converting .mkv videos using Xvid4psp . I need the best video quality possible.

you might need to change some things to get it to work on a PSP but that is the best tut I can think of
(never tried the vids I have made on a PSP so I dont know if it would work "as is")
