PSP/PS3 activation psn

Hy guys i need a BIG HELP from you...
So.. i have 3 ps3 and 8 psp "active" in my account of psn....and i need to disable all console..(i want to have MAX 4 consoles active)
But i'm a "engeneer" and a couple of those now are Broken/Destroyed /Lost and i haven't any possibility to disable them.
So i asked to you.....there is ANY possibility (Except create another account and buy back all) to make a "Fake psp active" to disable?
I dont know how it work...but i think there is a code? a MAC? That reads sony, compares it with the original and confirms the disabling..
So i have a lot of psp....(Go/3004/2004/1004) etc and some of these with a softmod.......
So there is any homebrew or any way to Cheat the sony to disable these consoles?

Please HELP ME.
I want to play with wipeout on the psVita and i cant download it for this problem (Fu****g SONY >___>)

How do I activate/deactivate my system on the PlayStation®Network?
How do I deactivate my console(s) if I don't have access to them, or want to deactivate them using a PC?

BTW, forget about having 4 active consoles, Sony changed their terms (again) so the max is 2.

But you alredy know....the word ->"friends" so...if i buy a game...they want to play too....sooooo.....i give them my account xD
And then 1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1=8 consoles active XD
