game demos for vita using pc?

1. can i transfer/download vita games demos using pc?

i transferred a game demo to my pc and its located/saved in the documents/ps vita/app/ccfoc... folder.
can i transfer this to another vita?

2. can a psp demo game be played on a vita?
i downloaded a loco roco midnight carnival psp demo using my vita and it works fine but when i transferred it to my pc. its not on eboot form? it has 3 folders, game, license and sce_sys. i want my other demos to work but it is in eboot.

i also downloaded a resistance psp demo using media go but it is a pkg file. guess it will not work on my vita too.

psvita only accept games from psn(in pkg format). but you can use ps3proxy to redirect the pkg file.
when you transfer a game to pc, it have been encrypted. we can't decrypt it now.

update: even with demos you cant transfer psn japan demos to HK account.

even if i move my japanese demo games to my US account,. it will not be detected using Content manager.\

i also tried moving the folder of my japanese demos to the apps/demo folder of my HK account and it was detected by CMA but it will not let me copy it.

i tried to copy/overwrite the licence folder in one of my psvita HK demo games into one of my downloaded jap demo but it gives copy error when i try to transfer it.
