Yes, That's right. I'm working on Twisted Download Vita!

It's a program for downloading stuff for the Vita. At the moment, I think it's just really the Vita firmware and maybe some PSP homebrew (which can't currently run on the Vita - presumably at least part of the reason the program is not released yet). When it's released, it will be able to download the Vita port of Half Byte Loader, which will enable the Vita (on a certain firmware or below) to load PSP homebrew (which can also be downloaded by this program).

I think you'll still need to use some other program to transfer stuff, unless the developer of this app managed to reverse engineer Content Manager or something, but it will make it easy to quickly get the stuff you need.
