So no i do not understand what the rest of the line say's,but the first word says it all
"FAKEじゃないのかと疑う方もいるかもしれませんが、teck4氏のexploitは未発表のexploitで本物です。"
look in the link,it is very easy to find,so maybe someone can translate the rest...maybe im wrong, but it says itself it is FAKE!

The second word says "not". So if you combine the two words together it says "it's not a fake". Language is such a wonderful thing.
(It actually says "you might be wondering "isn't it a fake?" but teck4's exploit is an unreleased exploit and it's real")

I'll get in touch with mamosuke, but there is no doubt for me that this is real.

this is so exciting , there are so many things running through my mind,
like will plug in's work,if not is the coding so different we wont see any plug ins on the vita.

That's right. This hello world is running in PSP emulation.
takka said "Utilizing Vita feature from PSP emulation is similar to executing another Windows Program by using NES emulater and malformed ROM".
This is true. Without bug in PSP emulation, we cannot get out.

I told mamosuke to let Teck4 know that you're ready to help, he'll contact us back if he wants to.

I got my PS Vita today so I can help you with some remote experiments. As far as I can tell Sony went crazy on the security. I'll give more details on my findings later, but the device is not recognized as a usb disk, and the only way to copy files on the memory card is through the "content manager", an application that runs on the Vita directly and browses your PC hard drive. Basically nothing else than mp3, photos, videos, or psp savedata can be copied on the device. It is possible to copy vita/PSP games, but I haven't figured out how yet, I'll try with the Firmware update maybe...

Without any good hardware hacker this will be really tough, I'm already doubtful that the PSP hack will lead to anything successful as soon as I expected initially... how can we expect to run homebrews if we cannot even copy them to the system...
I have a few US PSN codes to sell for a reasonable price (cheaper than pcgamesupply). PM me if interested, 1st come 1st serve basis..

With a card reader... oh wait, proprietary memory cards.

Even if you can rename a PSP eboot as say an mp3 and get it copied to the Vita, I suppose the PSP emulator cannot access it. I mean there is no reason to even emulate a memory stick device since the games are supposed to only call the saveUtility functions for storing information and all static data is in the ISO image (fake UMD drive).

Will we have to create a FileSystem based on savedata files?

It seems that at least HBL got ported to PSVita SAVEDATA filesystem...

Emulated PSP games could still have access to the filesystem. I think some of them could make screenshots too, not too sure though, which would mean that they should still be able to. And if they have write access, they should have read access as well. But this is just a hypothesis.

Not yet. I'm not too confident with hardware/drivers and I don't know if this will lead to anything for me without any help. For now I plan to investigate the psp emulator exploit, that alone should keep me occupied for a while until new discoveries are made by others.
