How to convert themes?

I have a theme i love for 3.xx and i dont know how to convert it.

3.XX is very hard to convert,everything must be done manually
not even I know how to do this i have never convert a 3.XX
because of the difficulty and the complicated that this themes are.
Only an advance user like pat-pat himself knows how and a tiny handful

The problem is with the .prx files. You can't convert them from such a low firmware, which means you would have to get a clean .prx and mod it so it would look like the one in the theme. Basically, you have to re-make the theme.

i can but i am to lazy! hahahaha
no way i will take a 3.90 theme
and make it a 660 if its that
troublesome.

Instead of converting directly, why not make it from 3.xx->4.xx->5.xx->6.xx?
Not sure if that is possible, just an idea on my mind

You can't. Have you ever used CTF Tool? It is the tool which is used for making/converting themes automatically. But it only can be used on themes that works on 5.00 and above. It can be done, but in a painful and time-taking way. It may take days.
