(6.60 Custom IPL Switcher v3fix)

I did it of procfw cipl for my friend, but I decided to share with you...

-- This program for fast switching PRO and ME on 6.60 FW. Based on PROCFW cIPL installer.

Changelog (v3):
- Added check PRX's by md5-hash.
- (For developers) Added in sources md52c.exe.
*This program to calculate the md5-hash and write it in a *.c file with u8 array.
*For files not more 4096 bytes (you can increase this in src's).
*Maybe you'll need it when checking the file for integrity.
- Added ultimate check for the integrity of the firmware.
- Returned old method for installing IPL (bacause of some bricks) -> minimized value of EBOOT.PBP.
- Fix in detect installed IPL.

- Fixed detecting PSP model.

well this changes IPL between Pro/ME
lets say you want Pro on your PSP then
you enable Pro IPL,then your Psp will
only boot Pro and forget about ME if
you want ME then you change IPL to ME
and Psp will forget about PRO and only
boot ME.you wont need fast recovery
anymore to boot Pro.

this is only for Psp 1000 & 2000,Not for V3 or 3000 series.
