Is there a game like virtual city on psp ?

Is there a virtual city game on psp or a game with a similar gameplay?

No one else had answered, so I thought I'd try to help. I didn't really find much specifically for psp. There are a few tycoons and there is the sims, but I don't think that's what you're looking for. The most similar thing i could find was a game only released in Japan (I think) called Machi-Ing Maker 3 x Tousouchuu or Metropolismania 3 x Tousouchuu, but I couldn't actually find much about it. There were some screenshots I found though. I also found a video of Metropolismania 2. It's for ps2, but maybe it's similar to the one for psp. idk
