You didn't specify what your problem is.

If you want to ask HOW do you compile, that's not programming-related, and thus does not belong to this forum. Anyway there should be a lot of documentation about how to do it, read it.

I hope noone's gonna blame me for gravedigging but it seems the question of OP wasn't answered yet.

For compiling I suggest you head over to the PROCFW Google Code Project.

I've posted tutorials for Windows 7 & Ubuntu Linux on how to compile the CFW that guide you step by step on the Wiki there.

If you show enough patience and follow the guide you will have no trouble building your own version of PROCFW.
