Hi,
i need somebody who can downgrade my 3DS from 11.0.0-33e to 9.2. Can somebody help me or can u tell me a site where they are doing this? Because i dont know anybody who owns a 3ds with cfw or i dont know anyting about hardmodding!

You might want to try GBATemp, They have some folk that will do it for a fee.
Not sure if there is any software only solutions for 11.0 but if their are they should let you know.
