Main changes for version 9.5.0-23U
Update released: March 2nd, 2015
Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.

Dont upgrade your system version to the latest 9.5.0-23 if you are using a sky3ds or gateway 3ds flashcart, or your cart might be blocked.

I received my blue button SKYDS card from r4depot site today , cannot wait to test it on my 3ds , yeah, it works perfect on my 3DS XL with latest update 9.5.0-23. Love it. Thanks hieunguyen .

No cards be blocked, got my gateway from http://www.modchipwarehouse.com ,tested can EmuNAND V9.5.0-23 perfectly.
