R5sdhc: new 3ds card for 3ds roms on all 3ds console

Another shocking breaking news we have here today! Noticed that there has another new 3ds card: r5sdhc. The team released that r5sdhc can support all 3D Games on all Version/Region of 3DS console, including the New 3DS, can also support all system version up to latest v9.2.0-20. So what's your opinion about it? Is it just a copy? But how can these guys copied a flashcard which hadn't been releasee yet. And from the video released we can see that at least these guys didn't copy Sky3ds's videos. Feel more confused.

They can easily copy the Sky3DS. Even though it hasn't been released to the public, it has been available to developers for about a year now!
