According to the latest 3ds news that now the world's first card to support 3ds games on Nintendo 3ds v9.0.0-20 is out . The new card named sky3ds,from sky3ds.com, just as we knew, in the past, all 3ds game cards,like gateway 3ds,mt-card only works on N3DS V4.1-4.5,yet,the sky3ds,the new card was confirmed can directly work on N3DS V9.0.0-20 and the official also share a video with us to confirmed the sky3ds can run 3ds games on N3DS V9.0.0-20 without any problems.

Yet,currently,the sky3ds was still unavailable, but i think, the official team will share more and more information with us later,so let's just stay tuned for more updated news patiently.

Looks like they implemented the switch roms button just like MT Card.
This looks legitimate i did a little research it seems King3ds a European team created this sky3ds?

I hope this is legit and a card that Nintendo can't just update the firmware and patch it. God I remember the days of the R4 when you had to wait a few months for a new patch to come out so it would work on a newer firmware.. Haha.

Wasn't the King3ds card a hoax? I remember somewhere it saying it was just a prototype Mt-card PCB with a few bits stuck to it and it was never actually going to be released?

I think you mean Crown3DS.

As far as I understood MT & 3DSLink & R4i Gold 3DS Deluxe Edition & what not are all clones of the gateway even using the same launcher.dat at some point in time.

The crown 3ds was said to be the first 3ds card but then later flagged as a hoax.

But I could be entirely wrong too. -_-

So what about this new sky3ds? Question is (if its real and ever comes out), how good is the dev team support?
Say what you want but the gateway support is not too bad, until now they have provided an update for every firmware ninty released and hold their promise with online play and original card dumping.
And all games till now are running, even those from foreign regions.

It only holds 10 games then you have to buy a new flashcart from them, no adding and removing games and take a look at their site as they have updated it.

So it's similar to burning files on a disc?
