Citra was publicly released a few weeks ago. Citra is an experimental open-source Nintendo 3DS emulator/debugger written in C++ by bunnei and a few other. it only emulates a very small subset of 3DS hardware. So it can only be used for homebrew and booting/debugging. Before anybody ask, it cannot run commercial games

I'd posted my thoughts in the gbatemp forum itself, but oh well.
I'm really glad this has finally started, but its gonna take the devs a while because the 3DS hasn't been decoded completely yet. I think I'll try and help contributing for an icon for the program since I'm pretty good at graphics.
