why no 3ds exploits?

Why has there been little to no attempt to really hack the 3ds well besides the vDS mode? even with the vita it seems the same deal psp mode no native hack my real question to this matter is why are we focusing on the older modes of the devices than trying to figure out how to hack the new part im not trying to bash anyone it just seems like laziness to hack a virtual mode that was hack when it was an actual device it seems like not really wasteful but a lesser use of hacking skills. its almost like everyone gave up trying... hacking is not about money or rewards or even fame its about constantly challenging your skills...So why? and dont say we are afraid to get fined or go to jail pffft thats kiddie talk and an insult to "Real" Hackers. Real Hackers Know thats a risk that comes with the territory and a lot dont get caught even ones that have still hack.. so that i dont want to get fined and jailed is 100% Grade A B.S. because not getting caught is part of the challenge if you do get caught you failed.. boo hoo get up and try again.

well i would except i have only one psvita and i dont want to Fack it up and i can't afford a second one for hacking only atm...
