Curious about NTR

I just installed soundhax on my new 3ds ll (japanese xl)
I really want to use the wifi capture feature, but all I have is my freshly hacked n3ds.
How would I go about installing NTR?
I am a bit busy, so I don't have time to search, If someone could give me directions or point me to a place with the directions, that would be a great help.
