Fresh 9.0 ambassasor 3ds

Hey
I have just aquired a brand new ambassasor new 3ds on 9.0 and obviously dont want to update it. I dont currently have any other devices at this point but would like to install Youtube asap without updating the software. Is there any way I can do this?
I have it on my XL New 3ds already but I am guessing that simply transferring the files over to the other memory card wouldnt work
Has the youtube app been patched yet by the way?
