What game was this that I saw?

so I am in Japan, at the nature and science museum in Tokyo when I see a kid playing mine craft on a 3DS. This couldn't have been legit mine craft as it doesn't exist... And I know what 3DSCraft and DSCraft is as well. It was not this. But the quality was much higher than those home brews and looked like survival (hearts were displayed on the bottom right). I doubt the kid was playing a hacked 3DS so what game was this?

This was exactly the game i saw! Im in japan now, so ill either need to find the cartridge if it exists in this region or.... Hmmm.... I have the cubic ninja so i cant update :/ to access the store

Digital only game.
And from what I know, Ninjhax works in the latest firmware if you want to update (and still using the hack).
