Old/New 3DS 9.9.0-26 CAN Downgrade to Use Other Card?

Is there a way to downgrade the 9.9 FW to below 9.2? Because gateway can support up to 9.2 and r4i gold deluxe edition and Mt card still work on 4.5 ~4.1. (www.dwtechz.com offer the answer by this link) http://3ds-card.blogspot.fr/2015/08/old ... o-use.html
