Need Help with GBA roms injection

I'm actually late in the game and I am very lost on what I need to do to get GBA roms on there...

I have various 3DS but ones that runs homebrew are
Gateway = japanese 3DSXL
Ninjahax = USA 3DSXL

I also got New 3DSXL (J) but that's on the highest firmware possible so I'm sure it's out of the questions...haven't been in the 3DS scene in a very long time so details and if pssoible, links are greatly appreciated. Tried following GBA but not sure where to start at all...

lets just assume it's a fresh start..so either Gateway or Ninjahax method will be ok, up untilt he part of getting gba installed

you either need signature patched rxTools or pasta cfw for your gba needs. Pasta cfw needs cubic ninja cartridge and rxTools can be booted through web browser or even through ds profile settings if you are on 4.x.

I've been trying over and over but all i get it a black screen on 4.5, i've repeated the process at least 5 times.

3ds CIA boots perfectly fine, aim on rx cfw when i'm trying to boot up gba
