I ban everyone cause I messed up the RTC on my Vita devkit but this resulted in the red text that yells about activation going away, Add henkaku and it really is the same as an activated kit, everything works with the only thing saying its not activated is the PC side neighborhood but even then it just lets you do whatever so doesn't matter.
