this was the discusion i was refereing too before everyone jumped on me
and at least we now have ideas as to how we can try and sort one for him
the reason i put it in the off topic was i figured he doesnt read everything on here and we might have been able to sort one for him before he saw the post kinda like a surprise
i have a hacked ps3 here waiting for him but i cant find a reasonable shipping company to pick up in the uk and send to japan and wololo emailed me saying he was willing to pay the shipping but it might be a bit much
i would pay myself but i dont have that much spare cash unfortunatly

FEDEX & UPS wont quote without both postal/zip codes
PARCELFORCE puts it at £186.80 estimated
based on a PHAT ps3 weighing no more than 7kg

I think the intention is nice, but there is little planning here. BTW: I doubt wololo is going to give anyone his address.
