1) A program fro creating virtual images on pc . I am going to use for this tutorial UltraIso (If you want to use another similar program then that's fine)

2)PS2 Game Disc of the game you legally own.
3)A Jailbroken PS3. You will need a Cobra CFW because it has more functions and capabilities. I recommend the most recent and stable in my opinion that is Rebug 4.76 Lite. You can find it here:

4)Rebug Toolbox v2.02.07

5)Latest Multiman or WebmanMod for loading out games ( I prefer Multiman for that tutorial)
Let's get started !
1.First insert the disc on your computer. Then open up UltraIso or the program of your choice. Then Click "Open CD/DVD"
2. Choose the CD/DVD drive that it has your disc and click "Open". It will show up your contents of your game disc.
3.Click on the disk icon upper left. It will show up a window for asking you where to save the image and the type of the image. We choose where to save the image and the name . Then we choose Save As "BIN FILE (*.bin/*.cue). Wait for the proccess to finish
4. There we have our bin/cue files
5. We transfer transfer the files we created above in PS3 via FTP or USB on the following path:
"dev/hdd0/PS2ISO"
If there is not such folder we create one.
6. We upen Rebug Toolbox(We download it and install it if we haven't already) from the menu and we go to the Selector (Suitcase Icon) and make the toggle the folloing options as stated in the picture:
7. We open MultimanCM Or WebmanMOd and we do a refresh in the game list. Then we go to the Retro Collumn and we see the our game. Hit "X" to mount it and play.
This the guide for creating the image files from the discs you legally own. It can be done with *iso also but some times it is not good at performance. This guide is nesseccary if your ps3 is slim and not BC(Backwards Compatible)
