Yes, but even if you lower the size, so conversion is successful, it will crash when the PS3 tries to boot it, both aspects are important to make it work (size and syscall hacks).

Unfortunately, I lost all but 4 of my PSP ISOs when I formatted the hard drive the ISOs were in in order to make the hard drive usable on the PS3 (I could re-download them, but I'm experiencing random unknown issues with my Internet), but I would like to try this out with the ISOs I do have. I just have a few questions:

1. Will the process work with .cso's, or should I convert it back to an ISO? One of my games (Kingdom Hearts) is a cso, but I do have the means to decompress it.

2. How do you control the PSP games when on the PS3? Is it like the Vita in that you can map the leftover stick and buttons to act as secondary versions of the normal PSP buttons?

I'm having trouble loading some of the Following Japanese ISO's.

Moeru Mahjong Moejong! - goes to black screen.
Mahjong Fight Club - loads but freezes on the "Now Loading" Screen.
Mahjong Fight Club ZT - Loads but gets a "Won't Load" Error Message

Is there a separate method for converting these or do I need to create a Japanese Login Account on my PS3?

The compatibility from the PS3 pspemu was pretty crappy so just a handful games will work correctly.
