You will need:
-A PS3 in any CFW
-A USB
-Multiman installed on your PS3
-TTF format fonts that you can find on specialized websites
1) Choose your font:
Start by selecting one font (you can choose up to three fonts) that must be in TTF format.
The size of the font you choose is important : too small they will be unreadable, and too large or too focused downward or upward they will exceed their locations.
2) Rename your fonts:
Once your choice is realized, it is time to rename them to replace the default fonts in the XMB: Original, Round and Pop.
These three policies correspond to three files in this folder:
"Dev_flash \ data \ font"
These three fonts are associated with their three TTF files:
-Original : file name:
SCE-PS3-RD-R-LATIN2.TTF
-Rounded : file name:
SCE-PS3-SR-R-LATIN2.TTF
-Pop: file name:
SCE-PS3-VR-R-LATIN2.TTF
Now rename your fonts in the same format of these files.
3) Replace Fonts
Copy the fonts you renamed on a USB formatted in FAT32.
Start Multiman with the option "Enable writing to dev_flash" enabled.
In Multiman file manager go to this location:
dev_blind \ data \ font
Copy the fonts located on your USB to this location.
Once replaced, simply return to the XMB and if all went well you can see your new font (s) on your XMB in the menu:
Settings> Theme Settings> Font
Enjoy !!!
