Steps:
1) Copy the downloaded Terraria World Map .APK file to apptool folder.
2) Enter this command via command prompt:
java -jar apktool.jar d -s TerrariaWorldMap.apk
3) After it finishes, open the TerrariaWorldMap\lib\armeabi-v7a\libcocos2dcpp.so file with a text editor. Search and change the id below to the game/app title id you want to boot on your PS4. Save the file and exit.

4) Repack it via the help of apktool with this command:
java -jar apktool.jar b TerrariaWorldMap
5) After it finishes, the apk file will be in \dist folder within the game's folder. Copy it to your phone, sign the apk with the help of ZipSigner and install.
6) After you boot the Terraria World Map on your phone and connect to your PS4, it will boot the game/app you pointed to.
7) That's all.
