As you already know, Sony killed Music Unlimited and they replace it with Spotify. But what if you live in unsupported region? Here's how to access Spotify for free.
1. Install Hola on Chrome and change region to US.
2. Go to spotify.com and register.
3. Download and Install Spotify App on PS4 using US PSN Account.
Now you just need to login to PS4 Spotify and it works without proxy or DNS tricks. If you want Spotify from other regions, just do the same trick but change the region as needed.
From what i gather, currently Spotify on PS4 did not do any IP check/blocking. It simply checks your Spotify account for correct region.
