As you know the download size of all PS4 games is huge (i.e Killzone SF or BF4 is nearly 40GB). It's a problem if your PS4 have bad download speed althought your internet connection is good. Now you can download the games from your PC by IDM or another downloader software and transfer it to your PS4 as well as PS3 or PSVITA.
Ok. Let start!
You need to have something first:
1. PC and PS4 connect same network. The transfer speed via LAN is higher than Wifi connection.
2. This software: PSXDownloadHelper. https://www.firedrive.com/file/96498A000314DB59
Extract this file and you get the PSXDownloadHelper folder. Put it in somewhere you prefer.
3. Run PSXDownloadHelper.exe and you get something like this image.
4. Press green Start button and it will create proxy.
5. Setup your PS4 connection to use proxy by your PC IP.
I.E Your PC IP is 192.168.1.100 so the Proxy for PS4 is 192.168.1.100, port: 8080
You can change the default port by another number in this software but you'll need open port in your router if your PS4 can't connect to the proxy.
6. If your PS4 is connected to the proxy, you can access PS Store and download something. This software can catch all pkg download links.
I.E I download Final Fantasy XIV Online ARR.

7. When you got the link, you can pause the download by untick the Connect to the Internet in Network setting in your PS4.
Use IDM to download this file. After that, you need press this button to browse the file you has downloaded.
8. Now un-pause the download from PS4 by tick the Connect to the Internet in Network setting in your PS4 and see the download speed. The download speed via LAN/Ethernet cable is higher than Wifi/Wireless connection.
