Yea just a little but that isn't even all my systems LOL I still have a PSTV on 3.20 for TNX & TNV as well as one on 3.61. I literally was given them for next to nothing when friends bought their PS4's BestBuy gave you a PSTV. None of my friends wanted them. But it does help with the blow of when I paid $130 for the launch day system. And the only Vita I paid full price for was the Soul Sacrifice system. Thank god for EML hacks as the X/O being backwards killed me for so long. I have a deal with my local pawn shop owner that I fix PC's and systems he gives me amazing deals. I got 6 dead PS3's for installing a logic board on a Mac. Easy way to get IDPS to ensure Sony never can fully kick me off PSN.

Thanks for all the good advice in this post.

I have a few question that I cannot find anywhere on the net.

Just got a new Vita and used QCMA to update it to 3.60.

I was unable to activate the VIta due to Sony releasing the 3.61. Also Offline updater no longer works.

I have managed install the package installer and all seemed fine but when I start package installer and press content manager assistant, I am unable to see the PKG files in the correct folders on my Laptop.

QUESTIONS
1 Do I need to have my Vita activated before I can see/transfer PKG files from my PC?
2 Is there still anyway of activating My 3.60 PS Vita without updating it to 3.61, can I use my slim PS3 running Rebug?

Also my main PC is down at the moment so using a crappy laptop running windows 8, I tried the USB driver replacement fix and all I get when using content manager assistant is trying to connect then fail.

Any help would be Fab

It seems that MajorTom found a way to also decrypt and modify CEX package installer "eboot.bin":
https://twitter.com/SMOKE587/status/771027118910308354

However, this solution requires to have HENkaku activated (because this "eboot.bin" is obviously not signed).

I was wondering if it would be possible to decrypt/disassemble game manual "eboot.bin" to understand how it manage to remove PFS protection (in order to read /sce_sys/manual/Language/XXX.png" files).

Well they did devised Vitamin for the sole reason of dumping the eboot as such it's a given that they can do it.

Someone opened a topic about this, he plans to reverse the module responsible for such decryption but had faced problems, IDK if he did make progress though.
