How to activate psvita3.60with out proxy or ps3 in english

requirements
A PS Vita with HENkaku installed.
A local server (such as XAMPP )
VitaCID
A program to edit text (such as Notepad ++ )
An FTP client (eg Filezilla )
A hex editor (such HxD )

previous Tips
Keep the local server configured with internet access before performing the tutorial because we will be able to run a PHP which will activate the console and we, in turn, will give a necessary to complete the tutorial file.
This tutorial does not give you the ability to access the PlayStation Store / PlayStation Network .

Steps to follow
Dump 1 CID / ConsoleID
First we activate HENkaku 1, after which we will open MolecularShell (or VitaShell ) and activate the FTP.
2nd will transfer VitaCID.vpk and install it .
We will open the program 3rd VitaCID . This program will make a copy of CID and save ux0: / with the name ConsoleID.bin .
We will open again 4th MolecularShell (or VitaShell ) and will copy that file to your PC.
2nd Activate the console
1 We will open this link , we will give the "Download" button and will rename it to Activador.PHP .
We will open 2nd ConsoleID.bin with a hex editor and Activador.PHP with a text editor and configure as follows :
"Loginid" => "correodeprueba@EOL.com" (Here's the mail from your PSN account)
"Password" => "prueba123" (Here's the password for the PSN account)
"consoleid" => "0001020304050607080910111213141516" (Here goes the first 16 bytes of ConsoleID.bin )

3rd will keep PHP, it will pass to the local server and PHP will open your preferred browser (I use this link: localhost / Activador.PHP ).
4 The screen should go blank, after which we should direct the path where the PHP and we should have generated a file called act.dat (if you weigh 0KBps, perform the steps again, something will have gone wrong)

5th In the console, with MolecularShell (or VitaShell ) activated and the FTP on, we will go to the following path from the FTP client tm0:npdrm/ and there will copy act.dat .
6 will resume the console.
7 Now, we have to try to log on PlayStation Network. When prompted to upgrade, we will cancel.
8th wait about 10 minutes and then will access this link from your PC (you will ask login)
9th If you PS Vita featured a new activated from your profile, congratulations, you already have the console enabled. :D

I did get act.dat but with size 0kb every time
, I think my problem is the same problem of this guy viewtopic.php?f=112&t=46012
I will try again and see what's happening 8-)

I tested it with UwAmp, non-installer version, and got a 0kb file. I also didn't use any actual information to see what would happen.

My understanding is that the prerequisites for this to work would be:
A Vita/PS-TV that is not already activated on a SEN account.
The credentials of a valid SEN account.
A PHP server to host the script.
The console id (idps) of the device in question, along with SEN account login username and password.

If the process is successful, one should be able to log into their Sony account and see the Vita/PS-TV as a registered device regardless of whether they actually transfer act.dat to the machine. Is my understanding correct?

If so, this is useful to anyone that is not on the latest firmware or doesn't want to risk having their PS3 or existing Sony account banned.

Would someone be able to generate act.dat for a Vita that was part of a banned account but not console banned? Does Sony keep track of activated devices on accounts (banned or not) and disallow duplicate activation?

The console needs to be activated to use CMA/QCMA so it's pretty much a necessity.

I'm curious about what happens when one unregisters a device via the Sony website then uses that device offline. Seems unlikely that their act.dat is going to be deleted from the console unless they do a reset. Would all of their content still work?

I'm reluctant to unregister my Vita in order to test the procedure beyond the fact that it seems like one will be uploading their username, password, and console id in "plain-text" to a Sony server which makes it much easier to capture.
