1.) Go to "My Computer", or "This Computer".
2). Right click a blank space under your C drive. and select "Add a Network Location".
3). Click "Next" twice and proceed to input your Ps Vita's FTP address. (Example - ftp://192.169.0.26:1337)
4). Click next and chose to log in Anonymously then click next again.
5). Name your new folder something you can remember and click next. (I used "PS Vita")
6). Click "Next" then "Finish".
Your Ps Vita folder should be next to your C Drive, your folder will stop working if the Ps Vita assigns itself a new address.
Pictures coming soon, although this is so easy you probably won't need them.
Notice, I don't know how to change transfer modes (Active/Passive) also I'm not sure if this will transfer a file one at a time which caused issues on ePSP. Use at your own risk, I'll still be using FileZilla.
