Requirements
*PsVita/ PsTv with supported firmware 3.18, 3.20 (I used 3.20 ps tv)
*Gmail (not sure if it works with other email clients) If it does please comment.
*Internet/ google skills
*Computer (might be able to do it on phone or tablet but I recommend computer)
First step is go to pstv_whitelist/ (Thanks wololo.net!)
Once the page loads enter your gmail and press send.
On your computer login to your gmail. Go to the bottom left side click more then create new label. I named my label/folder psvita. Then find the emails that you received from wololo.net with the eml writer, launch vita dat, launch emu dat. Check all of them then click and drag to the folder you just made. It should appear on left side, my folder is called (psvita). Now go to your Ps Vita/Tv enter your login and password on email app or let it refresh if you already are in the app. Once it refreshed you should see your folder (psvita) appear on the left side. Go into folder and you should see 3 email if done correctly. Enter pstv writer email, then choose the picture attachment you will receive cannot display image simply exit the app. Return to app and enter info once again. Go back to (psvita folder) then choose launch vita dat email choose the picture attachment you will receive cannot display image again exit app. Next do the same process with the launch emu email. After that is done you should have installed the basic white list for ps vita and psp games!
If you are having problems with Gmail not allowing access on ps vita or ps tv google how to enable less secure apps. That fixed it for me.
With this process I have used Talkman travel tokyo and echochrome on ps tv 3.20 as my tnv bubble and my vhbl bubble using quickrazors method. Saves alot of space!
If you have to enable white list again just go into email app and enter your folder (psvita) and continue from there.
