What you need:
Thunderbird
An .eml file
1. Download and install Thunderbird if it's not already installed.
2. Open Thunderbird.
3. Go to File > Open > Saved Message... and locate your .eml file.
4. The .eml file will open in a new window. Go to Message > Edit As New Message.
5. Another new window will open with the contents of the .eml file. Change the email address in "To:" field to the email address that you have set up on your Vita.
6. Once you put in the correct email address, click send. Check your email in the email app on your Vita. You should see the email you just sent. The .eml file has now been properly sent to your Vita. Continue with the tutorial that had you sent the .eml file.
