Things you'll need-
Content Manager Assistant
USB Cable or Connect through WiFi
PC
Procedure-
1) First of all u have to plug your vita to the PC
2) Copy the game of which you want to delete the savedata (in my case NFS)
3) After copying go to the location where Application and Backup data is stored (by default it should be in My Document folder)
4) Open PS Vita folder and then open the folder named APP, there you'll find a folder with a name similar to "92a668703cf1cf53" (My guess is that the folder name is related to PSN account but I'm not sure can anyone confirm?)
5) There you'll find a few folders which are the Games/Applications you have copied through Content Manager Assistant, Find the folder containing your game. (It's easy to know which folder has your game by opening the folder and the opening another folder called "sce_sys" where you'll find the icon.)
6) Once you open the folder in which your game is present, u just have to delete the subfolder named "savedata".
7) Now turn on your PS Vita and delete the game of which u wanted to delete the savedata.
8) Plug your Vita to your computer.
9) Copy your game back to your Vita from PC.
10) Disconnect your Vita and VOLA! You can now play your fresh game !!
