Psm assistent worked without updating for all firmwares

Guys, here is what I did which was in succession for those who are doing the Charles proxy on PS3 trick.

1. Download a trial game.
2. Click download in background.
3. Go to the download manager(NOT DOWNLOAD LIST) and PAUSE the download.
4. It is extremely important that the download is in PAUSE not STOP!
5. After pausing, just remap the whole title to the file you want.
6. Resume download.

I can report that this has worked for me. The difference from all my previous attempts was not following step 3. Thanks for the help!

Ok so how do I apply the update with the pkg installer on the vita without hitting the newest one?

Anyway to get this to work without a hacked ps 3? I have a super slim ps 3 which is u hackable. On my ps 3 download list it shows the PSM assistant but on my vita download list it doesnt. I only have unity installed.

I have PSM assistant installed on my PS3 (cfw 4.75)
i connected my PSV to the PS3
when i try to transfer it via qcma it tells me "its expired or by another user"
any help would be great
and yes i am signed in with the same PSN on both devices

i have little problem. im on 3.18 and i have installed psn dev app with qcma trick and ps3

but app need update, do you have link for update please ?

edit: ok , after search, psvita 3.18 need 1.14 update, pkg is here =>
