Step 1.
install notepad++
Step 2.
Finding out your IPv4 Address
Press Windows Key+r to open up run
after you open cmd type ipconfig then find your IPv4 Address and copy it
Step 3.
Open Charles proxy then on your vita go to network
don't change 8888 and the 192.168.0.10 change to your IPv4 then click OK
now click on an update then go to Charles proxy
click on copy url then on your browser on your computer go to that link and save it
then click map local and click on the file from the url
Step 4.
changing it
then save it and click update again on your vita but don't click download because you will have to do this again on a
different update
that's it all done now go and show your friends
