Yes! As long as you're in OFW 3.18 and have bought one of the games, you only have to follow the tutorial.

Great idea. By the time I wrote that, everyone on OFW 3.18 still had access to PSN. Now you have to go through a PS3 and qCMA, and that's not as easy as it seems. I'll link a tutorial about that.

How do you add psp saves to TN-V. I can't seem to find nothing on this(probably best to add that to the tutorial aswell).

The same way you installed the save for TN-V.

So they don't need to be in a INSTALL.ZIP or 8 an character limit? So just throw the psp/ps1 saves to the exploit(NPUG801550000) folder?

No, you don't put a save in that save.
Go one folder up from "exploit(NPUG801550000) folder", and that's where you put the saves.
If you placed them correctly you'll see them on CMA with your Vita.

Just got my ps vita with firmware 3.18, as i never own any ps nor games before (totally noob).
My question as below:
1. is it mean that i need to purchase a game (e.g.patapon), before i proceed the exploit?
2. i dint own any ps before, so what will happen if i purchase one psp game, in order to exploit it and play on my ps vita?

Please guys, i just want to know if i can use a South America PSN account with US exploit save game.... i already found the game on Brazil PSN but i dont know if it will work due the different region. Please help
